Let's help liberate today's woman

We women at forty all of a sudden feel something is missing in our life. We used to be busy with kids, school, homework, domestic chores and doing this we completely forgot to give attention for ourselves. Our kids grow up, they get busy with their own life. After that only we women realize that we have nothing to do and continue with our routine work in a monotonous fashion.

This sense of nothingness or void is the main reason for depression at times. We aren’t able to analyse and by default consult physicians or psychologists believing that something is seriously wrong. Doctors do treat us as a part of their duty with antibiotics by naming our state of mind with some medical jargons. The root cause is always left unidentified. We need to understand that doctors or others around us can help us only at the superficial level. We have to uproot the void from the bottom of our hearts which is killing us like a slow poison.

We all have quite often heard about the Phoenix bird which burns itself into ashes. But how many of us know that it’s an exemplary bird which believes in life after death. It rises from its ashes, takes a rebirth to start life on a fresh note. Then we as humans who are bestowed with six senses should make best out of our lives. At forty our lives haven’t come to an end. It’s just possibly the end of one phase and the beginning of another one. How to start afresh lies in our hands.

In fact we must celebrate at forty that we have successfully completed family duties. Now it’s time to hang out the way we want. It might be going for morning walks, watching your favourite TV channel, listening to music, going out on a picnic with your friends which were amiss all these days. Revive childhood memories; recreate something which was left half way. It’s time to accomplish what you had aspired as a girl of teens or the woman in her youth. Don’t think it’s late. It’s a new beginning which might pave way for many others. We are born with a purpose to set milestones and glorify our existence with achievements enlisted one after the other. Go on endlessly for the sky is the limit.
