Let's help liberate today's woman

These mantras are very significant in one’s life. The wedding of two individuals is solemnised with vows, yagyas, prayers and of course the blessings of all elders. It’s a feat which is memorable for the people because of the grandeur. For the couple it’s the beginning of a new relationship which is going to exist till their last breath. Marriage is unison of not just two physical entities but it’s the true impediment of two hearts.

The couple start their life with lot of dream, desires and of course love embedded in their heart. A romantic honeymoon together gives them a feel that life indeed is a wonderful gift of God. Within a year or so there’s an addition in the family. The arrival of a baby is an eternal bliss that both experience. Life goes on smoothly until serious commitments and responsibilities crop up. Work pressure at office and a stress to earn for a better standard of living for the family brings about a change in the attitude of men. They become workaholics at time ignoring their partner unintentionally. Women too on the other side get preoccupied in catering to the needs of the kids and other family members. Boredom and monotony finds a way into their life. This affects their interpersonal relationship. The main reason is the lack of value time between them. When things go little out of control it leads to arguments and frustration. Blame game starts and understanding disappears.

In such a pretext the mind and the heart both look out for alternatives. Meditation, spiritual practices, yoga etc are some methods suggested to overcome mood swings. But not all individuals are same. There are a few who need someone whom they can have a pep talk with. Such people turn towards social media. Facebook is very popular among people of all ages as it connects with people across the globe. Happiness knows no bounds when one comes across their childhood friends, distant relatives etc. This provides a kind of emotional support as the individual feels that anyway we might not meet so a bit of revelation about self might not cause harm. In the course of chatting and finding friends there comes a turning point when an individual gets into contact with his /her first love. Initially it starts with a casual chit chat with greetings and enquiries about each others’ families. Slowly it becomes the revival of school or college day memories when the two were very close to each other. Then they go on to discuss about the compatibility with their life partners.

Keeping morals, ethics, traditions in mind many women hide their feelings. Yet there are others who open up their heart. But when it comes to changing the present situation they feel insecure. In other words it’s suppressing feelings which leads to health and psychological issues. They lose their stability and find it difficult to get back to normalcy.
